1. About anchormoorad

anchormoorad is a pension education and document organisation service. Our programmes — including individual setup sessions, reading groups, and annual household records programmes — are educational and organisational in nature. Nothing offered by anchormoorad constitutes financial, legal, regulatory, or investment advice. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice for their individual circumstances.

2. Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or such other methods as we make available. Prices are as stated on our website and communications at the time of booking. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable service charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future programmes with reasonable notice.

Current programme fees are:

• Personal Records Setup Session: RM 510 per person
• Reading Group on Retirement Documentation: RM 1,780 per person (six weekly sessions)
• Annual Household Records Programme: RM 4,420 per household per year

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Participants who cancel a booking more than seven working days before the scheduled session date will receive a full refund less any payment processing costs already incurred. Cancellations made within seven working days of the session date are not eligible for a refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to transfer the booking to a future date at our discretion.

anchormoorad reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full transfer to a rescheduled date or a full refund of amounts paid. We will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled session.

4. Reading Groups — Participation Terms

The Reading Group on Retirement Documentation is a structured reading programme for a maximum of eight participants per cohort. Places are allocated in order of confirmed payment. The programme runs over six consecutive weekly sessions on agreed dates. Participants who miss individual sessions will not receive compensatory sessions, though they are welcome to review any session materials provided.

Group sessions are conducted in a shared learning environment. Participants are asked to engage with reading materials in good faith and to allow all members adequate time to contribute to discussion. The group leader may pause or restructure a session at their discretion to maintain an orderly and respectful environment.

5. Annual Household Records Programme — Scope

The Annual Household Records Programme covers one household as defined at the time of booking. The programme includes an initial setup session, three quarterly check-ins, and a closing annual review. Each check-in is a fixed-duration appointment scheduled by mutual agreement. Unused check-ins do not carry over to subsequent years.

The programme produces a structured records folder organised by family member and document type. This folder is an organisational tool. Its contents are determined by the documents the household chooses to bring and organise; anchormoorad does not source, authenticate, or interpret documents on behalf of participants.

6. Scope of Services

All anchormoorad services are strictly educational and organisational. Our staff and session leaders:

• Do not interpret any document in relation to a specific individual's situation
• Do not advise on entitlements, contributions, withdrawal eligibility, or account actions
• Do not represent participants in dealings with any government body, employer, or financial institution
• Do not review, authenticate, or verify the accuracy of any document brought to a session

Participants should not take any action affecting their retirement accounts, pension entitlements, or financial affairs solely on the basis of material covered in an anchormoorad session. Independent professional advice should be sought for any individual decision.

7. Intellectual Property

Session materials, reading guides, folder templates, and other resources prepared by anchormoorad remain our property and are provided to participants for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or offered commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Liability

anchormoorad's total liability to any participant in respect of any claim arising from a session or programme shall not exceed the amount paid for that session or programme. We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of income or any financial decisions made by participants following their attendance at our sessions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude.

9. Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all sessions. anchormoorad reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or offensive to others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from participation in anchormoorad programmes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
